Email Not Working (Troubleshooting)

If clicking the email link on this site opens a blank page (like about:blank) or doesn’t work, don’t worry — this is a common issue and easy to fix.

Why this happens

The email link uses something called a mailto link, which tells your device to open your default email app.
If no email app is set up, your browser may open a blank page instead.

How to fix it

✔ Option 1: Enable Gmail (recommended)

If you use Gmail in your browser:

1. Open Gmail in your browser

2. Look for a small icon in the address bar (near the top right)

3. Click it and select “Allow Gmail to open email links”

If you don’t see it:

• Go to your browser settings

• Search for “handlers”

• Turn on “Allow sites to handle protocols”

✔ Option 2: Set a default email app

Make sure your device has a default email program set (like Mail or Outlook).

• On Windows:
  Go to Settings → Apps → Default Apps → Email

• On Mac:
  Open the Mail app → Settings → Set default email reader

✔ Option 3: Use this direct email link
